Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on all items purchased from www.ersbookshop.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return, we will refund your purchase within 14 days. If you have used the code in the front of your book to activate online access, the return policy will not be valid.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and replace the item or refund your purchase.
