Shipping policy
We ship to most countries worldwide. We aim to dispatch books within 1 week of purchase.
Estimated shipping times for print books are as follows:
- Countries within Europe: 15-20 working days from date of despatch
- Countries outside Europe: 20-25 working days from date of despatch
Within the European Union, we are IOSS registered, which means we can take care of taxes and duties for orders below €150. We will endeavour to cover import VAT for EU orders over €150, via our couriers. However, you may have to pay these depending on your country.
Depending on geopolitical events and availability of reliable shipping routes, we do not ship to certain countries. You may be able to purchase an electronic version of the title you seek. See https://books.ersjournals.com/ebooks-availability or contact us: books@ersnet.org.
